Thank you for choosing Tayouki Lodge. Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Payment
- A 50% payment of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival, as advised during the booking process.
- Reservations are not confirmed until the required payment has been received.
Minimum & Maximum Stay
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Maximum stay: 21 nights
- If you wish to stay longer than 21 nights, please contact us directly via email and we will be happy to discuss availability.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00)
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
We kindly ask guests to respect these times to allow our team sufficient time to prepare rooms for incoming guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and the booking will be cancelled. Payments made are non-refundable.
Damage & Additional Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The lodge reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacement of damaged items or excessive cleaning where necessary.
Lost Property
We are not responsible for missing items during your stay. Any lost property found after departure will be kept for a limited time period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest.
Children
Guests of all ages are welcome at Tayouki Lodge.
Pets
Pets are welcome by prior request only. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet. Approval is at the discretion of Tayouki Lodge and additional conditions may apply.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the lodge, rooms and facilities with care and respect throughout their stay. Any excessive damage, missing items or additional cleaning required due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Guests are also responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these terms and any reasonable instructions provided by lodge staff.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable stay, Tayouki Lodge accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their visit.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses and winter sports activities where applicable.
Force Majeure
Tayouki Lodge shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events.
