If your cancellation was made within the cancellation window (21 days or more before your scheduled arrival), any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations outside of the cancellation window are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
